Our journey began with a simple love for pickling and preserving, but it quickly grew into a full-fledged business fueled by the support of our incredible community. From the local farmers who provide us with fresh, top-quality ingredients to our loyal customers who return week after week, everyone plays a vital role in what we do.

We’re proud to say that our dedication to quality and flavor hasn’t gone unnoticed. In our first year entering the Melbourne Royal Show, we brought home seven medals across our range of products, including Silver for our Koroit Kimchi and Kimchi Hot Sauce. This recognition motivates us to keep pushing boundaries and experimenting with new flavors.
