A smaller crustier version of our Southern Casalinga and very suitable for bruschetta or antipasto. The flavour is enhanced by natural leavening and the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour. This loaf can be refreshed in a hot oven in a few minutes for a crunchy warm table bread.

Certified Organic Heritage White Wheat Flour, Certified, Biodynamic Stoneground Wheat Flour, Certified Organic Wholewheat Flour, Twice Filtered ‘Grander’ Water, Certified Organic Sourdough Culture, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Vitamin C.
