The secret to an amazing balinese curry is the combination of the flavours in this jar. It's peanutty and fragrant :)
To cook, Vegetarian : saute paste in a saucepan with vegetables of your choice. Once combined, add coconut milk , simmer and serve. Poultry or Pork: saute paste in a saucepan, slowly adding your chicken or pork, brown them a little before adding coconut milk. Add potatoes, simmer and serve with steamed rice. Be prepared to get random knocks on your door from neighbours
