Combine 1 part The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup with 5 parts soda water. Adjust to taste. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint.
Romancing the Rose Recipe:
- 60ml Bourbon
- 30ml The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Orgeat
- 4 drops rose water
- 3 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and gently shake side to side. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
