Hightop Tin Certified Organic
A predominately white loaf, enhanced in flavour by the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour. It is shaped from two pieces of naturally leavened dough baked alongside each other in a tin. The halves can be pulled apart to expose the moist, cottony and lacelike crumb.

Certified Organic Heritage White Wheat Flour, Certified Bio-dynamic Stoneground Wheat Flour, Certified Organic Wholewheat Flour, Certified Twice Filtered ‘Grander’ Water, Certified Organic Sourdough Culture, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Vitamin C.
