This Smoked Gum Tree & Cumquat Salt is definitely one of a kind in the gourmet salt world. The smokiness of the Gum Tree bark and the sweet notes of the Cumquats creates a unique flavour profile.
Gum Tree bark is slowly smoked for hours to create a subtle and decadent aroma. The cumquats are sourced from our local community and then slowly dehydrated to retain all beneficial nutrients. Next, we combine these natural components together with premium salt and create our unique native smoked salt.
This salt can be used in many different ways, from seasoning your favourite bbq meat to finishing a fresh salad for a kick of smoke and depth, or why not try it with your margarita cocktail?
This product comes in a glass jar with a net weight of 150g. The jar can be reused or recycled to help reduce waste.
